It proves, that with a competent online documentation of
software products accepted and used by the users, costs for helpdesk and
callcenter services can be reduced dramatically.
The userfriendly documentation of applications and a user
support focused on service, are the goals. A simple presentation of
complex issues, the practical convenience for users and a development of
systems that is user orientated are my prior aims.
